It is my duty as your erstwhile “style” correspondent to note that these shoes are going to be very popular this Spring/Summer. Personally, I think they are atrocious, but what the fuck do I know.
I like &OtherStories but they don’t half talk a lot of crap on their website about journeys and cherished traditions and stuff. Come on! You sell *clothes*. You’re just a shop.

Yes…. Totally hideous but will be everywhere no doubt….although not on my feet!
Hahahaha! Totally true about &otherstories website, I can’t take it seriously! Nice clothes though

No. Just no. I don’t care how on-trend they are, they still look like surgical boots.
That’s a “no” from me. Good grief, they’re atrocious. If I’m going for ugly, I’ll stick with my ugly Birkenstock gizeh in silver (and orange pony, and white pearlescent, and khaki – I may have a problem).
It’s like when Elaine wrote for J.Peterman on Seinfeld. I like to imagine the copywriter sobbing over creating a narrative for shoes…
“Innovative use of colour blocking, texture and print in these truly sturdy shoes for the party girl in all of us. Dance ’til dawn with the added bonus of building up your calf muscles with every step. Ideal for those girls amongst us that want to be single for yet another season.”
They’re what my husband would describe as Fugly. I’d have to agree. That V for Victory dress is beautiful though!
