There isn’t nearly enough Ikat print in my house, despite the fact that I love it and think it is very chic.
If I needed a new lamp, I would head directly to Pooky, which is a very smart but not over-priced online place that sells only lamps. They have this lovely sunshine yellow lampshade on sale in a variety of sizes.
I have ordered from Pooky before, (though sadly nothing in an Ikat print), and can confirm that the customer service is good, the delivery is prompt and the stuff is solid.

Esther, you absolute LEGEND! They look lovely and best of all, their workshop is about 25 miles away so I don’t have to schlep to the King’s Road … if a large, agitated man comes knocking on your door waving a Pooky bill, please tell him to go to Peter Jones and see if he can do better there (ha!), and then come home and apologize nicely.
I have two of those Ikat lampshades in orange in my hall and they are gorgeous, particularly at night when lit up. Pooky are fabulous (I’ve got lots of their other shades) with great customer service. I think I’m right in saying the company is run by the same people who own Sofa.com.

Ooh I have just seen that they deliver to the Channel Islands which is a taste wasteland when it comes to interiors and is a land of gold taps and pine furniture. Lucky I’m moving house at the end of the month and will require some new lampshades to jazz up the new rental!
