Leopard print belt

Screen Shot 2016-08-03 at 09.33.21

I have been looking for ages for a leopard print belt, but I have found this one – from Karen Millen of all places!! – just as our Prime Minister is the new editor-in-chief of midlife leopard accessories, and so all leopard print is now banned from polite society.

But if you don’t feel that way, this belt is very good and reassuringly (but not crazily) expensive at £55. And you would never have found it if it wasn’t for me – because it’s in KAREN MILLEN.

I have a pair of leopard print shoes from LK Bennett which are perfect with everything from black dresses to jeans and a white shirt

I love leopard print!!! It goes with everything – It’s become a basic colour – I have cardigans in black, navy and leopard print, all equally used and useful (my husband doesn’t believe me and finds it amusing that I like it so much, like it’s my TOWIE origins emerging) I don’t have enough of it. What are your plans for this belt?

Animal prints are basically a neutral.

What’s the matter with Karen Millen? It’s too small for me but I have friends who like it.

I think it’s cleaned up its act recently but by the end of the Nineties it was daywear for hysterical divorcees
