It’s here! Get whatever you like the look of before it sells out – you know what Hush is like… I missed out on a long navy/gold lightning bolt dress last season and have a small cry whenever I see someone else wearing it. Don’t forget: Hush sizes are generous. I am a size 10 with 34C boobs and take an XS in their T-Shirts.
Raglan tees, (a la Dazed and Confused), will be everywhere quite soon, this is a very cute take on the style:
Clean white trainers (as discussed) are going nowhere, these look just the ticket to me:
A lovely pair of relaxed but smart navy trousers – stealth awesomeness.
Their classic plain t-shirts, of which I am a huge fan, are also all back in stock in all colours:
Shirt dresses and raglan sleeve tops are my jam, but I’ve bought too much under the guise of shopping for a wedding outfit already and need to go under the radar for a bit. I love that dress though.
LOVE hush so hard, every season I just want to bin everything I own and start afresh as a hush girl. She looks so happy and confident. I bet her kids never answer her back!
Alas, am currently size of small whale due to impending birth of number 3 so will wait a few weeks or so then treat myself (if I survive childbirth AND there’s anything left in stock…)
my god my kids are such a couple of smartarses
Esther you’ve got us so well trained that I tried on this exact dress this morning before I’d even seen your post. Beautifully cut AND has pockets. Was styled with a leather jacket. Attention all Northern Spikers: there is a Hush concession in John Lewis Newcastle. Go go go! X
POCKETS!
I agree on the Hush t shirt sizing; I’m a size 12, 32FF and a medium is generous on me. Love love love Hush since you introduced us to it 👍
I have that dress and it is brilliant. BUT be warned that anything with buttons down it by Hush gapes terribly – something due to the spacing of the buttons and you’ll need to wear something underneath it.
Four t-shirts ordered. I am not missing out this year. Thank you! Have a stinking cold and feel like winter will never end, so this shopping is necessary for morale.
Yep, tshirt sizing is great but anything button down is bonkers for anyone with tits. I’m a size 8/10 with 32F jugs and yet I have to buy a 12 in hush buttony things and they still ruddy gape.
In London for s couole of days and WAY more excited about my trip to Hush John Lewis this morning than I was about the Basquiat exhib yesterday, I shall report back!
So, can report that the navy Frances trousers are indeed fab, perfect mix of slouch and tailoring. If ONLY they came in black as well. That would be my work wardrobe sorted forever, Steve Jobs style, saving me £££ and freeing up enough brainspace to cure cancer. Or something. The black Winona trousers are also lovely, kind of a heavy stretch wide leg but slightly fitted on the thigh – perfect ’90s Joseph trouser suit with white trainers’ vibe. John Lewis Oxford St is already out of a lot of the smaller sizes of the slub tshirts and I regret to inform London Spikers that I swiped the last 12 in grey. I’m sorry! x
Ha! we forgive you x
